Guided Meditation for Anxiety ”Warm Cup”

This is one of my favorite ways to meditate and rid the body of Anxiety in just 10 minutes or less. Simply make a cup of your favorite hot tea or warm cup of coffee and sit down with a blanket in your most comfortable space,....then, you are ready to begin the simple easy to follow meditation that will free you from life's toxic anxious thoughts. When you are free from worry, your body will optimize digestion better, lose fat easier, and sleep deeper at night. Try it out.
